Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and ijaya ("Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the ijaya platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

ijaya reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time. Continued use of the ijaya platform after any changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

User Eligibility

To register and use ijaya services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding contract
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law
• Not have been declared an ineligible person by any relevant authority
• Register using accurate, complete, and current personal information

ijaya reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Valid identification documents include a national identity card (MyKad) or Malaysian passport. Accounts that are unable to verify their identity within the stipulated period may be suspended or terminated.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the ijaya platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful and accurate information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. ijaya is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential
• Notifying ijaya immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• All activity that takes place within your account, including bets placed and transactions carried out
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur

ijaya reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure implemented to protect the interests of users.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The ijaya platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods only. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The financial terms applicable on this platform are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR)

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific cases approved by ijaya management. Users are responsible for ensuring their payment account details are accurate — ijaya is not responsible for delays or loss of funds due to incorrect information.

Bonuses and Promotions

ijaya offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their respective specific terms and the general terms stated here. Accepting any bonus or promotion means you agree to the associated conditions.

For the 150% welcome bonus of up to RM1,500, the applicable wagering requirements are as follows:

• The bonus is calculated as 150% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500
• Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount received
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required RM150 × 15 = RM2,250
• Example: Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,700 → Wagering required RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500
• Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been fully met

ijaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or end any promotion at any time. If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system — including using multiple accounts or wagering strategies clearly intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — ijaya reserves the right to cancel the bonus and all related winnings.

ijaya VIP Programme

The ijaya VIP Programme is designed to reward the loyalty of our members. There are four VIP membership tiers, each offering different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the level of activity and loyalty of the user on the ijaya platform. Detailed terms and benefits for each tier can be obtained by contacting our support team. ijaya reserves the right to change the structure of this VIP programme at any time.

Game and Betting Rules

The ijaya platform offers a range of gaming products including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, esports betting, and arcade games. Each game category has its own rules that users must follow.

General provisions applicable to all games on ijaya include:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven
• Should a technical disruption occur during an active game session, the bet in question will be settled based on the system records stored

For sports and esports betting, bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are binding. Withdrawal or modification of a bet after it has been accepted is not permitted except under conditions specifically stated in the relevant sport's rules.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities on the ijaya platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and appropriate legal action:

• Owning or attempting to register more than one account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Sharing an account with another individual, or using someone else's account
• Committing any form of fraud including the use of unauthorised or stolen payment methods
• Using software, bots, or automated scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors for unauthorised gain
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner contrary to the genuine intent of the offer
• Carrying out any activity that may be associated with money laundering or illegal financing
• Spreading misleading information or information that damages the reputation of ijaya

Account Closure and Suspension

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the ijaya support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all ongoing transactions have been settled and all active bonus wagering requirements have been accounted for.

ijaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• The account is linked to suspicious activity or fraud
• Official request received from the relevant authorities
• User failed to complete identity verification within the required period
• Account inactive for an extended period in accordance with ijaya's internal policy

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, ijaya reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance for the purposes of investigation and recovery of related losses.
